ウォーターウォールパネルは,ボイラーの内部壁に設置された多くの並行管から構成された蒸発加熱表面です.その主な機能は,高温の炎や煙ガスから放射熱を吸収することです熱水パネルはシンプルな構造を持っています. 熱水パネルは,熱水パネルを構成し,製造中に鋼を節約できる大規模な石炭火力発電所のボイラーで使用される水壁は基本的に膜壁である.
分類
構造型により,平面管型,膜型,シーク管型が3種類に分かれます.
平面管の水壁は,シームレス鋼管の一列から構成され,その構造は最もシンプルです.メムラン水壁を溶接し,スポット溶接で一緒に多くのローリング水冷却フィンチューブ炉の気密度を向上させ,気漏れを減らすだけでなく,炉壁をより良く保護する炉壁の重さを減らす構造を簡素化します.スポン管の水壁は,水冷却壁管に長さ20~25mmと直径6~12mmの多くのピンを溶接することです.そして,水壁のこの部分の熱吸収を減らすために,クロム鉱石耐火プラスチックを適用し,燃焼ゾーンの温度を増加させる燃料の点火が特に困難である場合や,液体スラッグ放出炉の場合に適しています.
配置部分により,付着壁型と隔壁型 (つまり両面加熱) 水冷却壁の2種類があります.

機能
(1) 燃焼効率の向上
高温のガスは,ボイラー炉で燃焼して生成され,水壁を通って冷却されます.高温ガスから放出される熱を吸収することで,燃焼プロセスをより完全にする燃焼効率を向上させる.
(2) 排放量を制御する
水壁の役割には,ボイラーの燃焼過程で生成される窒素酸化物や硫化物などの有害物質の排出を制御することも含まれます.煙草ガスの化学組成を安定し合理的にする.
(3) ボイラー壁を保護する
水壁は,効果的にボイラーオーブンの内壁の温度を下げ,ボイラー壁と高温ガスとの間の直接接触の時間と機会を短縮することができます.暖炉の使用期間を大幅に延長します
