機能
(1) 炉内の高温の炎または排ガスの放射熱を吸収し、水を飽和蒸気に加熱します。
(2) 炉壁を保護し、炉壁の構造を簡素化し、炉壁の重量を軽減します。これは主に、水壁が炉内の放射熱を吸収し、炉壁の温度を下げるためです。
(3) 炉内の熱を吸収し、排ガスを炉の出口で許容される温度まで冷却します。これにより、炉内のスラグの形成を減らし、炉の出口でのスラグの形成を防ぐのに役立ちます。
(4) 水壁は炉内の高温で放射熱を吸収し、熱伝達効果が優れているため、ボイラーの鋼材消費量とボイラーコストを削減できます。
製品の説明
分類
異なる製造プロセスに従って、膜水冷壁には3つのタイプがあります。
(1) 1つ目は、圧延フィンチューブで列に溶接されており、溶接作業量は少ないですが、フィンチューブは高価です。
(2) 平管とフィン（フラットスチール）を列に溶接します。材料コストは低く、さまざまなピッチの要件を満たすのは簡単ですが、フラットスチールには高い精度要件があり、仕上げ装置が必要です。
(3) 平管焼結溶接。管間フィンは、溶接ワイヤの溶融と充填によって形成され、主に管間ピッチの小さい管スクリーンに使用されます。膜水壁の管間ピッチは、ボイラー圧力、炉熱負荷およびその他の要因に関連しており、一般的なs/dは1.2〜1.5です。
膜水壁の利点
(1) 炉壁の気密性を確保し、燃焼室の空気漏れを減らします。
(2) 燃焼室は完全に水冷されており、燃焼が激化した場合のコークスの発生を防ぐのに役立ちます。
