完全な名称は"水冷蔵壁管"で,以前は"水冷蔵壁管"として知られ,また"上昇パイプ"としても知られています.それは通常,炉壁の内壁に垂直に敷かれます.主に炉内の炎と高温の煙草から放出される放射熱を吸収するために使用されます蒸発式暖房表面の主要なタイプであり,また,ボイラー水循環回路の基本構成要素です.炉 の 壁 を 冷却 し て 保護 する 機能 を 持つ の で,その 名 を 取っ て い ます.
機能
(1) 炉内の高温の炎や煙草の放射熱を吸収し,水を飽和蒸気に熱します.
(2) 炉壁を保護し,炉壁の構造を簡素化し,炉壁の重量を減らす.主に水壁が炉内の放射熱を吸収し,炉壁の温度を下げるため;
(3) 炉内の熱を吸収し,炉の出口で許容される温度まで煙草を冷却する.炉内のスラッグ形成を減少させ,炉の出口でスラッグ形成を防ぐのに有益である;
(4) 水壁は高温の炉内で放射熱を吸収し,熱伝送効果は良好であるため,ボイラーの鋼の消費とボイラーのコストを削減することができます.
分類
構造型により,平面管型,膜型,シーク管型が3種類に分かれます.
平面管の水壁は,シームレス鋼管の一列から構成され,その構造は最もシンプルです.メムラン水壁を溶接し,スポット溶接で一緒に多くのローリング水冷却フィンチューブ炉の気密度を向上させ,気漏れを減らすだけでなく,炉壁をより良く保護する炉壁の重さを減らす構造を簡素化します.スポン管の水壁は,水冷却壁管に長さ20~25mmと直径6~12mmの多くのピンを溶接することです.そして,水壁のこの部分の熱吸収を減らすために,クロム鉱石耐火プラスチックを適用し,燃焼ゾーンの温度を増加させる燃料の点火が特に困難である場合や,液体スラッグ放出炉の場合に適しています.2種類の付属壁タイプと隔壁タイプがあります (i)前者は,主に部分的に炉壁の内壁に埋め込まれ,片側から熱を吸収する.後者は主に大きなボイラーの炉室の中心に設置されています炉全体を両側から加熱される2つの独立した部分に分割します
