製品説明
水壁パネルは,パイプと平らな鋼を溶接し,フィルムのような水壁を形成するパイプスクリーンを形成し,水は作業中に外から内側に循環します.水層コーティングの状態に常に水壁であるように大規模ボイラーは,主に高温での熱消耗性能と耐腐蝕性が良いため,一般的に膜水壁を使用します.ボイラーの熱効率を向上させるボイラーの故障率と保守コストを削減し,ボイラーの安定した動作を保証します.
分類
構造型により,平面管型,膜型,シーク管型が3種類に分かれます.
平面管の水壁は,シームレス鋼管の一列から構成され,その構造は最もシンプルです.メムラン水壁を溶接し,スポット溶接で一緒に多くのローリング水冷却フィンチューブ炉の気密度を向上させ,気漏れを減らすだけでなく,炉壁をより良く保護する炉壁の重さを減らす構造を簡素化します.スポン管の水壁は,水冷却壁管に長さ20~25mmと直径6~12mmの多くのピンを溶接することです.そして,水壁のこの部分の熱吸収を減らすために,クロム鉱石耐火プラスチックを適用し,燃焼ゾーンの温度を増加させる燃料の点火が特に困難である場合や,液体スラッグ放出炉の場合に適しています.
配置部分により,付着壁型と隔壁型 (つまり両面加熱) 水冷却壁の2種類があります.
前者は主に部分的に炉壁の内壁に埋め込まれ,片側から熱を吸収し,後者は主に大きなボイラーの炉室の中心に設置されています.,全炉を2つの独立した部分に分割して 両側から加熱します
機能
(1) 炉内の高温の炎や煙草の放射熱を吸収し,水を飽和蒸気に熱します.
(2) 炉壁を保護し,炉壁の構造を簡素化し,炉壁の重量を減らす.主に水壁が炉内の放射熱を吸収し,炉壁の温度を下げるため;
(3) 炉内の熱を吸収し,炉の出口で許容される温度まで煙草を冷却する.炉内のスラッグ形成を減少させ,炉の出口でスラッグ形成を防ぐのに有益である;
(4) 水壁は高温の炉内で放射熱を吸収し,熱伝送効果は良好であるため,ボイラーの鋼の消費とボイラーのコストを削減することができます.
