炉の周りに配置され,チューブ内の流量媒体は一般的に水またはソーダ水の混合物であり,水で冷却される加熱表面は炉水冷却壁と呼ばれます.
水面壁には,軽管の水面壁とフィルム水面壁という2つの主な種類があります.
分類
構造型により,平面管型,膜型,シーク管型が3種類に分かれます.
平面管の水壁は,シームレス鋼管の一列から構成され,その構造は最もシンプルです.メムラン水壁を溶接し,スポット溶接で一緒に多くのローリング水冷却フィンチューブ炉の気密度を向上させ,気漏れを減らすだけでなく,炉壁をより良く保護する炉壁の重さを減らす構造を簡素化します.スポン管の水壁は,水冷却壁管に長さ20~25mmと直径6~12mmの多くのピンを溶接することです.そして,水壁のこの部分の熱吸収を減らすために,クロム鉱石耐火プラスチックを適用し,燃焼ゾーンの温度を増加させる燃料の点火が特に困難である場合や,液体スラッグ放出炉の場合に適しています.
配置部分により,付着壁型と隔壁型 (つまり両面加熱) 水冷却壁の2種類があります.

メムラン水壁の利点
(1) 炉壁の密度を確保し,燃焼室の空気漏れを減らす.
(2) 燃焼室は完全に水冷却されており,加熱燃焼の場合,コクスの発生を防ぐことができます.
(3) 熱貯蔵容量は小さく,燃焼室は急速に熱され,冷却も迅速であり,ボイラーの起動と停止の冷却時間を短縮することができます.

(5) 普通のチューブと比較して,チューブの熱吸収能力は向上します.
