水壁パネルは,ボイラーの主要な加熱表面であり,ボイラーの角を周りに配置された数列の鋼管で構成されています.内部には流れる水や蒸気があります.外側がボイラーの炉の炎の熱を吸収します炉内での高温燃焼製品の放射熱を吸収し,熱によって蒸発する作業液を上昇させる.

メムラン水壁は,パイプとフィンからなる空気密度の高い構造です.メリットとしては,炉内の空気漏れが少なく,パイプ敷設壁を使用できます.鋼鉄構造に負荷が減り,ボイラーのコストが下がる; 簡単に使用できる懸垂構造と熱膨張システムを改善し,大規模機械化生産に適しています.低温貯蔵容量,起動と停止時間を短縮するメムラン水壁は,大容量,高温および高圧ボイラーでしばしば使用されます.
異なる製造プロセスにより,膜水壁は3種類に分けられる:1ローリング・フィン・チューブは列で溶接され,溶接作業が少なく,しかしフィン・チューブは高価です.材料コストが低く,様々なピッチの要求を簡単に満たすことができるしかし,平面鋼には高精度な加工設備が必要です.3裸管融合溶接では,管間のフィンは,主に管間の小さなピッチのために使用される溶接線を埋めることで形成されます.メムラン水壁のチューブ間のピッチは,ボイラー圧力や炉熱負荷などの要因に関連しています通常は 1.2-1 です.5.
