製品紹介
メムラン水壁は,パイプとフィンからなる空気密度の高い構造です.メリットとしては,炉内の空気漏れが少なく,パイプ敷設壁を使用できます.鋼鉄構造に負荷が減り,ボイラーのコストが下がる; 簡単に使用できる懸垂構造と熱膨張システムを改善し,大規模機械化生産に適しています.低温貯蔵容量,起動と停止時間を短縮するメムラン水壁は,大容量,高温および高圧ボイラーでしばしば使用されます.
膜水壁の強み
(1) 炉壁の密封を確保し,燃焼室内の空気漏れを減らす.
(2) 燃焼室内での完全な水冷却の実現は,加熱燃焼条件下でのコクシングを防ぐのに有益です.
(3) ボイラーの起動と停止の冷却時間は,熱貯蔵容量が小さく,温度が急速に上昇し,燃焼室で冷却が迅速であるため短縮できます.
(4) パイプ敷設炉壁が適しており,ボイラーフレームの負荷を大幅に軽減し,吊り上げに便利です.
(5) 裸管型と比較すると,熱吸収能力が向上します.
