スーパーヒーター (Superheater) とは,飽和蒸気または湿蒸気を超熱蒸気または乾蒸気に変換するために使用される装置である.超熱蒸気は,蒸気タービン,蒸気機関,蒸気リフォームなどのプロセスで超熱機は3種類あります 放射性,同流性,分離式ですスーパーヒーターの大きさは 数十フィートから数百フィート (数メートルから数百メートル) まで異なります.
再加熱器と超加熱器は,ボイラー内に設置されたチューブセットである.水壁からの蒸気は,最大必要な動作温度に達するまで飽和温度を超えて加熱されるスーパーヒーターに通過します.超熱蒸気は,主蒸気パイプを通って高圧タービンへ流れます.高圧タービンの排気蒸気は,再加熱のためにボイラーに導かれ,そこから中間型と低圧型タービンへ高温の再加熱は発電所の出力と効率を向上させる.
スーパーヒータータイプ:
燃焼室に直接放射性スーパーヒーターを設置する.
熱気ガスの経路にコンベクション超熱装置が設置されています
名前からわかるように,別々に燃やされるスーパーヒーターは,ボイラーから完全に分離されています.
