製品説明
完全な名称は"水冷蔵壁管"で,以前は"水冷蔵壁管"として知られ,また"上昇パイプ"としても知られています.通常は炉壁の内壁に垂直に敷かれます.主に炉内の炎と高温の煙草から放出される放射熱を吸収するために使用されます蒸発式暖房表面の主要なタイプであり,また,ボイラー水循環回路の基本的な構成要素です.炉 の 壁 を 冷却 し て 保護 する 機能 を 持つ の で,その 名 を 取っ て い ます.
分類
- 構造によって: 3つの主要タイプ 円管,膜,ピン管.

(3) 炉内の熱を吸収し,炉の出口で許容される温度まで煙草を冷却する.炉内のスラッグ形成を減少させ,炉の出口でスラッグ形成を防ぐのに有益である;
(4) 水壁は高温の炉内で放射熱を吸収し,熱伝送効果は良好であるため,ボイラーの鋼の消費とボイラーのコストを削減することができます.
