The differential pressure economizer for boiler flue is a high-efficiency heat exchange device designed to optimize boiler performance and energy savings.
Boiler economizers are heat exchange devices with finned tubes that heat liquids (typically water) without exceeding the boiling point. We manufacture three types:
- Bare tube economizer
- H-finned tube economizer (high-efficiency design with expanded heat exchange area)
- Spiral finned tube economizer (resistant to abrasion with extended service life)
The H-finned tube economizer reduces flue gas flow speed and abrasion while maintaining structural integrity. Double H-finned tubes offer enhanced rigidity for long tube rows. The spiral finned economizer provides superior abrasion resistance.
The economizer reduces operational costs by efficiently recovering waste heat from flue gases, minimizing energy consumption while maintaining optimal cooling performance.
