Product Description
ボイラー節炭器は、液体の沸点を超えずに液体（通常は水）を加熱するフィン付きチューブを備えた熱交換装置です。当社は3種類のボイラー節炭器を製造しています。

H型フィンチューブ節炭器は、H型フィンチューブで構成された高効率の熱交換器です。ベアチューブ節炭器と比較して、H型モデルは以下を提供します。
- 熱交換面積の拡大
- 必要なチューブ数の削減
- 煙道ガス流路面積の増加
- 煙道ガス流速と摩耗の低減
H型フィンチューブは、長いチューブ列での剛性を高めるために、ダブルH型フィンチューブとして製造できます。スパイラルフィン節炭器は、摩耗の問題を克服し、耐用年数を延ばすために、スパイラルフィンチューブを備えた新しい設計を採用しています。
節炭器の主な機能は、適切な冷却能力を維持しながらコンプレッサーを停止できるようにすることで、冷却コストを削減し、大幅な省エネを実現することです。
